Brymor Ice Cream

Bymor ice cream

High Jervaulx Farm is one of Britain's few genuine on farm manufactures where milk produced only on the farm is used in the production of ice cream.

Central to this working farm is Brymor Ice Cream with a large parlour and adjoining conservatory where you can enjoy the creaminess and flavour of the farm's own ice cream.

In the parlour you can choose from 35 flavours of ice cream and sorbets for cones and sundaes or enjoy a slice of ice cream cheesecake or gateau. And there's no need to travel all the way to the West Country to enjoy clotted cream. You can get the real thing right here in Yorkshire at High Jervaulx as well as their deliciously thick double cream!

If you're looking for something to take home, hand crafted traditional cheeses, clotted cream and cartons of ice cream (which can be wrapped to keep cool for to 2 hours) are on sale. Ice cream cakes for all occasions can be decorated whilst you wait.

High Jervaulx is located in Wensleydale near to Jervaulx Abbey between Wensleydale and Middleham. In summer the cows graze in the fields around the farm and in winter they are loose housed and fed on silage. Each day the cows produce over 500 gallons of milk.
