We take great pride in selecting the ingredients we use to produce our fine range of foods.
Where possible we try to ensure that all of our ingredients are sourced locally. from local farms for our free range eggs, to local butchers, green grocers and fish mongers. Local breweries provide us with our cask ales including Theakstons and Wenslydale brewery.
